Food parcel collection / delivery

When you talk to your referring organisation, they will check which day and time you can collect your food parcel. We are open at the following times:

• Tuesdays 1:15 pm – 2:15 pm

• Wednesdays  9:30 am – 10:30 am

• Fridays 5:00 pm – 6:15 pm

Collection

When you come to St Clare’s (where we are based) you will be greeted by one of our lovely volunteers. They will check your name on their list and let you know which number your parcel is. It will be on a table around the edge of the cafe space.
You will then be offered a drink, chocolate biscuit and someone will come and talk with you. We want you to feel welcome, relaxed and able to chat about whatever is on your mind. Our volunteers will let you know about our Signposting tool, which can also be accessed via this website.

Delivery

We can only guarantee deliveries to those who are housebound. Delivery times will be slightly later that those given above. Please ensure you are at home for your delivery, allowing a one and half hour window, from the session start time. e.g. if you have a delivery arriving on Tuesday, please be at home from 1.15 - 2.45pm
