What is in a food parcel?

Your food parcel will contain long life food, fresh vegetables, bread, eggs and dairy products and loo roll! Our aim is to provide enough food for your household for at least a week. You can request up to 3 toiletries and 3 household cleaning items. We also provide nappies, formula (stage 1 & 2) and baby food, as needed. Your referrer will talk you through the food options available. Your food parcel will contain around 35 different foods.

Our food parcels are made up from donations of non-perishable food from the local community, via supermarket collection points and local collections, plus stock that we buy using the financial donations we receive.
